This book is very comprehensive - it is particularly ideal for beginning ocarina makers and those who have never handled clay - all the "how-to's" are detailed, plus there are the "how-and-whys" it works explained as well. This book has over 200 black & white photos and diagrams, and is fully indexed. I would recommend this book to teachers, or anyone else interested ocarinas in general.
