This book is perfect for me! I work at home on my computer, which means much of my day is spent sitting. Add to that the stress of building a business, and exercise regularly ends up pushed to the bottom of my task list. To make any sort of meaningful change I needed a go-to guide to begin slowly building my stamina that wouldn’t require a lot of time. The author makes some great points about the benefits of exercise; circulation and maintaining a good (but light) full body exercise routine which I need. I love the variety of exercises as it keeps me from getting bored and quitting. It is very well written and having a picture for each exercise to show you what to do and what not to do, is a real bonus. I really like the book and will recommend it to my friends to read.
