"A Great Reference for Young Athletes" This is a great reference tool for young athletes. The manual is very easy to read and follow. There are not many books out there that address the younger athletes and this book is specifically designed just for them. The drills and techniques are very age appropriate for 8-12 year olds but also for the high school athlete. This book makes up for the gaps in the conditioning programs that our young athletes need so badly. Douglas Johnson, ATC, EES, CLS Certifed Athletic Trainer
