"Witty, one of the funniest takes on fractured English..." One of the most delightful books I've seen. A great bathroom book -not off-color or in bad taste - but good for reading in short bits, like Reader Digest joke pages. You know those Chinese menus that use "fungus" for "mushrooms"? And remember trying to decipher the assembly/user instructions for an imported something and realized that although all the words seemed to be English, they just somehow didn't really constitute communication? Well, imagine that the poor menu/tech manual writer decided to translate poetry. (One shudders.) And then branches out to fairy tales, movie titles, et ghastly cetera. This is what that guy would have come up with. Highly recommended. (& it's pretty inexpensive considering; well worth the gamble.)
