My Heart

My Heart is the third book of free verse poetry written by Rose Weiss. Within these pages are the snapshots of one woman’s relationship. They are not sugar coated little sentiments like you find on greeting cards. They are not fairy-tale imaginings of knights in armor on white horses rescuing damsels in distress. They are a portrait of all the ups and downs that can happen in a relationship. They are about passion and fear, break ups and make ups, comfort and pain. Love is great. Love can also be hard and tear you apart even as it elevates you. This book is a celebration of one love that also celebrates love in general.
