    I love that Rosie’s approach is about loving yourself first and not being perfect (instead of writing another list of “must do’s”). With that premise, I felt free to choose from the 52 practical options she describes from her own personal experience, her multi-faceted decades of training, or from what’s worked for her clients. Her own story is remarkable, and her journey to vibrant health establishes her as someone to listen to.

    This book is a goldmine. Thank you Rosie Bank for this handy guide. The time-released formula is brilliant, and unlike anything I have ever read. I recommend reading the book and then going back to focus on the lessons one at a time. I feel the relief that Rosie described. Her suggestions are gentle, yet powerful. Her encouragement is loving, and yet she is not afraid to tell it like it is. This book will be my companion for a very long time to come, way beyond the 54 weeks. Thank you, Rosie!

    If you are looking for a straightforward, easy to follow approach to eating healthier, learning about food, gaining more energy and getting on the path to having tons of energy and feeling fantastic -- get this book. The author, Rosie Bank, is an expert on nutrition and leading a balanced life and she presents her valuable tidbits with elegance and humor. It's like having a nonjudgmental friend coaxing and encouraging you as you go through each chapter.
