I first decided to become a vegetarian when I saw this video of animal cruelty and how our eating of meat affects our planet & soooo many negative ways, not to mention how terrible meat is for our bodies.. "Cholesterol has been called the animal's revenge because each animal we eat leaves a part of him in our bodies that kills us slowly but surely." Eating meat has been linked to Cancer, Heart Disease and many, many other diseases we suffer from. Just by becoming vegeterians I have heard countless of people's testimonies that have reversed their diseases without any medications. Once you've made the decision to join the thousands that are attempting to live the vegetarian lifestyle in this "meat-first" society, you will find that this book and all of Rudy's advice colums that I've read, are INVALUABLE to assist you in reaching your goal.
This is a very important book to read and to put into practice. One of the big stumbling blocks for anyone who is not a vegetarian is how to successfully become a vegetarian and how to remain so in a healthy and vibrant way.
