    The recipes in this book are easy to make, these recipes helped me and my family prevent high blood pressure. The individuals that need low sodium recipes are: pregnant women, diabetes, individuals with high blood pressure, individuals that want to lose weight, has a thyroid condition, and for people that are just health-conscious.
