On his eighth birthday, Henry’s Uncle Marv gives him a stone. It is a flat round stone. It fits inside Henry’s hand. A picture is scratched on it. It is a sun peeking out from a cloud. Henry holds the stone and steps into a puddle. The moment water touches his foot the adventure begins.
A Travel Stone Story is for the child wanting more adventurous stories, but not quite ready for long paragraphs. Each story is written with paragraphs of less than five sentences and sentences typically under ten words in length.
