Throughout the book, she offers relevant tips and techniques to organize and improve your personal life. When I applied the interactive exercises, I really did feel a sense of clarity and calmness. One of my favorite concepts in the book was how to understand and handle stress. So much of us buzz through life without acknowledging or managing the triggers that cause us anxiety and worry. This book made me reevaluate where I'm headed and encouraged me to make positive changes to attain a more peaceful and secure lifestyle. I recommend this book to anyone open to making a small change to gain a huge improvement of life!
