Coach Stephen Razor heads into the 2007 season with an ultimatum- lead his Germantown Black Knights to a state championship or leave town. Ther mercurial master of the gridiron, wrought with serious chemical dependency issues, doesn't realize that his biggest challenge might be staying alive. Bruno Benvara, youner brother of former Black Knight star player Jose Benvara, has been planning revenge on Coach Razor for years. Blaming Jose's controversial death, just one summer after Germantown won their first state title, on Coach Razor, Bruno sets off a thrilling set of events both on and off field. Now, ten years later, will Germantwon collect the coveted trophy? Will Coach Razor survive Bruno and his own deomons to see another trip to Madison for the championship? Or will this scenic small Wisonsin town be plauged my another murder?
