More > Scottish heritage dating back to 1771. Ian grew up in the 1950’s and 1960’s in an economically declining and stifling Randfontein with his siblings, Enid, William, Hector and Alison. He immigrated with his family to Victoria in British Columbia, Canada in 1995. Ian’s first grandson was born in North Vancouver in September 2013. This book is dedicated to Brendan James Mackay, the first-born of the new Mackay generation.< Less
