There is no better illustration of effective terrorism than to see law enforcement and the citizenry scrambling to create a zone of public safety in the face of widespread fear. The words “terrorist” and “gang member” need to be synonymous in our perceptions.
The terrorism I am writing about is essentially domestic and urban terrorism, fueled by narcotics. This type of terrorism is spread by our indigenous terrorists in designer jeans. These indigenous terrorists have names such as “Folks,” ”Bloods,” “Crips,” “People,” and “Family.” The casualties, both physical and mental, in this ongoing war surpass any other war that we have ever had.
