So we came up with a version of the comfort foods we like to eat but with a healthier and lower calorie version and we fitted this around the eating and drinking we do with our social life. We’ve since lost over 35 kg between us. We are not on a diet, this is a plan for the rest of our life. It’s not a fancy book, it has been produced at home in a basic way, but it is an enjoyable way of eating without feeling like you are being deprived.
