Reform ideas, aimed to strength anti-corruption mechanisms, have been tested throughout the world and experiences are rapidly exchanged so as to determine best practice. A positive approach intended to inspire anti-corruption relates to prevention. For the first time, qualified civil servants were surveyed about principles and values as part of a daily job.< Less
