Who is a poet? I used to think "Not Me!" But I heard that poetry comes from the heart, and flows through the hand. So I guess if you have a heart, and words sometimes just seem to cascade... More > or sometimes it may be more like a fight to reach the light of paper - then maybe you are a poet too.
Most of these poems were written in the stillness of early morning hours, alone, sleepy, sometimes awake and contemplating my day, the people I am with, or just looking and describing the world around me. I owe so much to so many for giving me the inspiration. A woman I have never met, except through the love of Christ helped me to revise, and gave me a new cover.
Readers I pray you enjoy, and know that words of love and praise are in you too.
This book would make a wonderful gift for the person who has almost everything, but enjoys reading and meditation. It may even be a jumpstart to their own writing ambitions.< Less
