I also take a look at the hypocrisy of alcohol advertisement regulation,and voice my desire for a complete ban of alcohol advertisement. Jan 2015 - I wince at my honest writing from 8 years ago, straight after quitting the booze, but it has helped to keep me sober over 8 years ( without the need for AA,etc ). I hope it helps. I also take a look at alcohol advertisement / governmental hypocrisy and voice my desire for a ban of alcohol advertisement even though I am not anti alcohol. Jan 2015 and I wince at my honest writing within months of de-tox but the same thought processes that kept me sober then, hold true today over 8 years down the line.
