More > Mark, Luke, John) are stand-alone (“The Gospels According to Jeanne”); next come Acts and Romans as the two books of “The Amazing Early Church.” Next sub-series are “The Epistles of Paul the Apostle”: 1st & 2nd Corinthians as one book; Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians will be one book; 1st & 2nd Thessalonians, 1st & 2nd Timothy, Titus, and Philemon will be one book; Hebrews will be one book. Then comes “The Epistles of the Apostles,” with James, 1st & 2nd Peter, and I’m going to break with tradition to include Jude here; wrapping up with 1st, 2nd & 3rd John with Revelation. That will 12 books all told to cover the entire New Testament. Whew! Next year, I’ll tackle the Old Testament ... maybe. Now I know a little how Eugene Peterson felt when he was writing “The Message” — a noble task, that takes years to accomplish.< Less

This book is the final in a trilogy of bible study devotionals released by Alexander over a 12-month period. It contains 21 lessons that have been pulled from the pages of Paul's Letter to the... More > Romans. The lessons in this book, as well as in Alexander’s previous two books (Sunday school lessons from the book of the Acts of the Apostles and Sunday school lessons from the Gospel according to John Mark) are simple and straightforward, and, are to be used to help introduce people to CHRIST, and to the Christian ideaology that comes from the mind of GOD. The book of Romans takes us through a deeper study of JESUS' actions, during HIS 3-year earthly ministry, and shows us how the work of the Apostle Paul and other early Church workers, were able to clearly show the world the difference between Judaism and the, then new, Gospel of CHRIST. They presented Chritianity as the universal religion for all mankind, and showed that it was not just a tiny sect of Judaism for the benefit of the Jews.< Less

The Way of Jesus is the companion volume to Abundant Life and The Life and Teachings of Jesus. Abundant Life searches for truth in the earliest books of the New Testament and finds it before Paul... More > spent 12 years living among the pagans of the Mediterranean region. The books which comprise our New Testament were selected in 367 AD by the bishop of Alexandria. Within the books that were selected, the emphasis is on the pagan ideas of virgin birth, death and resurrection of a divine being, and vicarious sacrifice. What I present here is a compilation of the book Acts and the letters of the New Testament with the Pauline theology removed, leaving the pure essence of the Way of Jesus. It is not a reference book to look up or study individual verses, but a book to be read, the story of how Jesus would have us live our lives. It is the New Testament not of the cult of Christ promoted by Paul, but the Way of Jesus distilled from the New Testament.< Less

Is there a super prayer language? Somebody is wrong. Either the gift of tongues was intended to be a more intimate way for us to pray, or the modern tongues movement (glossaism) is one of the... More > greatest frauds in Christianity. In this study we defend the following: • Glossaists cannot match the biblical attributes of the gift. • The definition of “tongues” has significantly changed even in glossaism due to embarrassment, not exegesis of Scripture. • In 1 Corinthians 14, the Apostle Paul was attempting to eliminate the same pagan, counterfeit “private prayer language” version of “tongues” that is occurring today. • Glossaism has no answer for the Apostle’s clear statement: “Tongues are a [miraculous] sign for unbelievers” (1 Cor 14:21). Rather, the counterfeit version today makes Christians look crazy, just as Paul warned. • The early Church testified universally to the cessation of the gift of tongues. • Legitimate explanations for the current “tongues” phenomena are alarming.< Less
