Electronic Transgressions and Biological Miscalculations: A Poetry Book By Wes Scott By Wes Scott
eBook (ePub): $2.99
(1 Ratings)
"Electronic Transgressions and Biological Miscalculations - A Poetry Book By Wes Scott" is 72 pages long and represents my cumulative poetry writing endeavors of 2011 and early 2012. This... More > book is a compilation of 35 of my best works from this time period, and I am very proud to offer it to you in this completed form. My poetry style is what I like to call "structured free verse" meaning that the poems do not follow any specific meter but the line breaks, pauses and punctuation are all purposeful and lend to the overall meaning of the piece. There are also several prose poem pieces intermixed throughout the poetry with which the formatting of the piece plays a huge role in the meaning. The poetry within is arranged in an order that I believe lends to the meaning behind the poems individually and as a whole, and I see it as a personal story of sorts if read from beginning to end. I hope you enjoy my very first e-book of poetry, and I will surely have more out soon.< Less

This book, of a two book set, takes a look outside the box in many Biological subject areas. That is not to say that only ‘outside the box’ topics are addressed. The student will find... More > that the understanding of other topics is strengthened by a more liberal approach, looking in greater detail than would generally be done in the normal text book. Furthermore, a ‘step-by-step’ approach has been adopted for many topics, where tricky concepts are built upon brick-by-brick. Needless to say, there are plenty of illustrations to help bring ideas across to the student. This two volume publication is mainly aimed at advance level Biology students, but there is much that can be read – and enjoyed – by students yet to prepare for their advanced studies. As with its sister publication, ‘Easy as you Go’, this publication is ideally suited to student, educator and parent alike because of its simplistic, down-to-earth approach, supported by a multitude of visual aids.< Less
