Absolute Rotation By Geoff Robinson
Paperback: $17.56
Prints in 3-5 business days
FULL COLOR. 36 pages. Extract on Earth's Rotation from book Relatively Simple, 2nd Edition. This extract from Relatively Simple gives a taste of the book's scope. The chapter on Earth's rotation in... More > and with the Universe introduces an appendix evaluating Sagnac Ring-Laser principles. Detail study is made of rectangular 'rings' in which contra-circulating beams of light are used to generate a 'beat' frequency from their interference as the ring rotates with Earth's movement. Actual examples are evaluated. For Relatively Simple and other works search Lulu.com for author: Geoff Robinson or direct via tinyurl.com/relativelysimple or bit.ly/relativelysimple< Less

The Definitive Guide to Rotating Constant Master Keying RCM By Don OShall
Paperback: $95.00
Prints in 3-5 business days
This book is the definitive guide to one of the Locksmithing industry's least understood tools - Rotating Constant Method of Master Key system design. Written in an easy to read language, it makes... More > this previously often misunderstoodtechnique very clear. It covers many techniques generally unknown in the security industry. RCM, while quite simple once you fully understand it, is still considered an advanced technique. This book is your absolute best way to learn it. This book includes techniques such as the 'Defined By' label, and RCM subsets such as the Limited Position Progression (LPP), Limited Rotating Constant (LRC), as well as "pure" RCM for five pin, six pin or seven pin cylinders or cores. Every Commercial or Institutional Lock Shop should have this valuable training and reference manual available. Heavily illustrated throughout with many sample systems.< Less
Michelson - Morley experiment By Geoff. Robinson
Paperback: $17.33
Prints in 3-5 business days
FULL COLOR. 1st Edition. 32 pages. Reappraisal of the Michelson - Morley "Ether drift" experiment, taking apparatus geometry into account, leads to a new view of contraction theory. It is... More > shown that if velocity-related contraction is taken literally, rather than as a relativistic concept, then interference should have been detected when the Michelson - Morley apparatus was rotated. Because interference has never been detected in this experiment it is concluded that there is neither Ether drift, nor any actual velocity-related contraction. Velocity-related contraction is therefore a purely relativistic concept. The null results from the experiment also mean that electromagnetic radiation travels direct from source to target (observer), in their common reference frame, irrespective of frame speed or orientation. A priori, alternative approaches to em radiation not invoking Special Relativity are possible within and between frames of reference.< Less

Galaxy Expansion By Geoff Robinson
eBook (PDF): $3.06
FULL COLOR. 28 pages. Extract on Galaxy Expansion from book Relatively Simple, 2nd Edition. This extract from Relatively Simple gives a taste of the book's scope. The chapter on Galaxy expansion is... More > extended as an appendix which evaluates the expansion mechanism. There is an indication that acceleration of the expansion is self-limiting with visible matter. Dark matter may exist but acceptance of dynamic expanding galaxies greatly reduces the need for large quantities of dark matter within them. Point to Point By Geoff Robinson
eBook (PDF): $3.06
FULL COLOR. 24 pages. Extract on Light-beam Alignment from book Relatively Simple, 2nd Edition. This extract from Relatively Simple gives a taste of the book's scope. The chapter on Light-beam... More > Alignment shows that electromagnetic radiation (em) passes direct from a fixed source to a target (observer) also fixed in the same reference frame - for example, both fixed to Earth - irrespective of their, combined, movement as part of the movement of that reference frame. That important chapter is also included in the separate extract dealing with Starlight Aberration.
