History of the Arians By Athanasius of Alexandria
eBook (ePub): $4.92
Arianism is the theological teaching attributed to Arius (ca. AD 250–336), a Christian presbyter in Alexandria, Egypt, concerning the relationship of God to the Son of God (Jesus of Nazareth).... More > Arius asserted that the Son of God was a subordinate entity to God the Father. Deemed a heretic by the Ecumenical First Council of Nicaea of 325, Arius was later exonerated in 335 at the regional First Synod of Tyre,[1] and then, after his death, pronounced a heretic again at the Ecumenical First Council of Constantinople of 381. The Roman Emperors Constantius II (337–361) and Valens (364–378) were Arians or Semi-Arians. The Arian concept of Christ is that the Son of God did not always exist, but was created by—and is therefore distinct from—God the Father. This belief is grounded in the Gospel of John passage “You heard me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I." (verse 14:28)< Less

More > proper shoot but give the instruction anyway to make the ad feel, in marketing gobbledygook, “aspirational” yet “local.” She has been spotted on billboards & print ads, her face left rarely to the recognition of others who remain unaware that their various subjectivities have been hailed repeatedly by the same model, in protean anonymity. She remains unknown despite her ubiquity. An epic collage of appropriated ekphrastic tags, the book is composed purely of descriptions attached to stock photos whose featured model is Ariane, ordered according to popularity as ranked by the stock image website the photos are from. Arianism Stories: Evil Part of the Essential Nature of Things By Mathew Tuward
eBook (ePub): $4.99
Arianism, in Christianity, is a Christological concept that asserts that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who was created by God the Father at a point in time, is distinct from the Father and is... More > therefore subordinate to the Father. Arian, a vindication of Christian doctrine, is full of the knowledge of our religion and of the truth of things related to the doctrine of Christ. For as the light is noble, and the sun, the chief cause of light, is nobler still, so, as it is a divine thing for the whole world to be filled with his knowledge, it follows that the orderer and chief cause of such an achievement is God and the Word of God. We speak then as lies within our power, first refuting the ignorance of the unbelieving; so that what is false being refuted, the truth may then shine forth of itself, and that you yourself, friend, may be reassured that you have believed what is true, and in coming to know Christ have not been deceived.< Less
