Her name was Frankie and she made one mean spaghetti sauce with meatballs. During college, I became a vegetarian, and most of what I ate and cooked dramatically changed. This new way of eating sent me on a course to invent good tasting recipes. As the years passed, I found I had collected many “favorites” and many of the recipes contained no meat. I thought it would be fun to gather these recipes and give them to my daughter Amy when she went to college. Some friends asked for them too. And so…here they are!< Less
