Hopefully from there you work towards common goals and purposes. There is much interest in diet and cancer. Most of the research has been involved preventing tumour. What about preventing a recurrence? If people were pessimistic about their odds the first time, they are likely less optimistic second time. My goal was reduced inflammation and lessened the spread of my cancer. I sincerely hope that this book fills a gap for unmet needs for cancer patients. In that support group it all crystallized. The need was evident, and the discussion of strategies required it was a lightbulb moment. I have applied my experience and hoped it will benefit readers.< Less

There will be many things... More > with which to get used. Number one is that you are now a cancer patient. Number two is that after treatment, you will be called a cancer survivor. No one consulted you about these changes. It is assumed that like everyone else you will quietly comply with this implicit request.
