This book collects together all four original issues of one of those Doctor Who fanzines, Fury From The Deep, produced in 1979-80 by the fourteen year old Alan Hayes. It was never a classic, but over the space of thirty years and more, these fanzines have grown into a fascinating time capsule which afford a peek into the fan experience of a bygone age.
Also presented in this collection are an engaging introduction by Alan Hayes, an afterword by Jim Mortimore and a series of contemporary letters to the editor from Doctor Who’s cast and crew.< Less
