The Japanese people are funny, helpful, industrious and fashion conscious.
Japan’s history dates back several thousand years, and the Japanese have gone though
several devastating wars, yet they have restored their National Treasures. The country is
dotted with castles, gardens, palaces, shrines and temples.
My personal favorite area of Japan is the City of Koyoto. Koyoto was Japan’s ancient
capitol and contains numerous gardens and temples, plus a great shopping district as well
as lots of night spots. The traditions of the Geisha are kept alive in Koyoto’s Gion
district’s private clubs and ceremonies.
