More > achieved a great deal of recognition both from Christian circles and the world at large. The problem with Joel’s popularity is that it stems from his watered down Savior-less message that sounds much more like Tony Robbins than Jesus Christ. He preaches to their materialistic lusts, all the while lining his pockets with their hard earned savings. Up until this point, no book has challenged the false teachings of so-called “Pastor” Osteen, due largely to his popularity and connections to major publishers. Today, this book takes a stand against the sugar coated sewage flowing from the pulpit of Lakewood Church.< Less

More > Warwick, Rhode Island. Here we describe the railroad history and some of the history of areas that the railroad passed through. In its short history, 1876-1935, this was a very exciting and influential time period. Finally the mill workers had a way of getting away from the mill villages, the wealthy to have summer homes on the sea shores and then there was the start of baseball and golf. All along the way there were camp grounds like Cole’s and Buttonwood, men’s clubs, speakeasies and hotels to cover the needs of those who chose to make the trip. Unfortunately the poorly-run railroad caused its own demise as well as the new invention of the automobile. The railroad did make its mark; however, it gave competition to the steamboats, which was the only easy way to get to these areas for the roads were poor or non-existent.< Less
