Because of this study, it was recommended that deaf employees be able to complete an alternative evaluation, such as work performance, have more supervisor input, and use the E3C © evaluation instrument to diagnose and remediate email errors. Implications for enhancing web-based on-the-job training (OJT) for deaf employees with the accommodation of interpreting services are described.< Less
