I spent most of my time in the state of Karnata near the city of Gokarna at a beach called Paradise. I was, as I’m still now, writing a novel about Mexico City, so I found this desolate... More > place where I rented a large hut, hung my hammock and began to write. The images here are a mixture of feelings and internal times. Being alone most of the time, I wandered around quiet a lot. There are also pictures taken while on trains, travelling from Delhi to Goa, then south to Karnataka. Now, here in Berlin, I'm happy this trip took place. Although I did not find my inner being or my karmic self, I did shed the past three and some years that I sepent in DF after being in NYC and Boston. India was necessary - I guess as all trips life hands you. I'm still figuring out exactly what it was that India gave me, but there is definitely work to be done from this trip.
