We moved to Summit County in June of 2016. Our home is at 9,120 ft. We live close to several major ski areas. Keystone is just two miles away. Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Ski, Breckenridge, Copper... More > Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek are nearby. Lots of local wildlife. Towns in Summit County include Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Heeney. The Moose photo and the Fox photo in this calendar were taken from our home. The Gold Rush began in 1859 in nearby Breckenridge. We also have a new Gold Rush that begins each September and runs into October. The changing Aspen brings lots of visitors to the area each Fall. Lots of local scenery and history. We are surrounded with snow capped peaks. Summit County is a favorite tourist destination in both summer and winter. I am a member of the High Country ARTisans located at the Outlets at Silverthorne.
