Jarred is a special forces soldier stationed in Alaska. The story is centered around the terrorist attacks of September 11th 2001, although a fiction the story is meant to bring the reader in as he follows Jarred and watches as he deals with the emotions of leaving home, falling in love and deployment, the biggest struggle he must face is holding on to his faith in God as he takes another human's life. I hope as you read this book you will find yourself fighting along side him and his fellow soldiers as they travel deep in the mountains of Afghanistan.
