Apart from the (obvious) care and handling of Signal Stores, the publication included essential basic theory of electricity, magnetism and all forms of electric power employed in the Army, in addition to wireless theory including valve principles. It also covered the essentials of a complete wireless station and explained the ‘X’ and ‘Y’ classes of stores.
