Our government, all levels, along with churches and charities, all subsidized by your tax dollars, spend hundreds of billions subsidizing Worst and Dumbest couples having children, but spend not a penny subsidizing child production of the Best and Brightest couples.Does this make any sense at all to God or Man, or Woman?
