This project precipitated, empowered, and engaged a youth-led dialogue about urban food production and environmentalism. One of our goals was for members of the Braddock Youth Project to create videos about green projects which the youth members themselves developed and implemented. BYP projects include a Braddock community garden, which members of the Braddock Youth Project designed and built; raised vegetable beds; and projects centered around the Mon Valley’s first green rooftop walled garden in Braddock's Ohringer Building.< Less
