Megan has been writing poetry and prose since her beloved grandmother gave her a pink journal when she was 8 years old and started performing about 4 years ago. She writes from a place of passion, of raw and heartfelt honesty. She tells the story of her battles with addiction, of hospitals and the streets, of losing and finding faith, of falling in love and of heartbreak, and sometimes even writes about sex. Her comfort food is baked lasagne, and she would love to hear your stories over coffee after the show.< Less
