The developer and author, using this system, alone, put up an 8,000 gallon potable water tank (The tank is flexible yet sealed to prevent entrance of insects, dust, etc.). The only assistance was a bull dozer to level the site. The cost of the materials was only $1,500.00. Ten years of service without any maintenance reveals its durability.
