Beginning with the Physical Training of the Russian Soldier with Gymnastics, Kettlebells and other strength and conditioning drills it shows how Mother Russia builds its fighting men, Armed and Unarmed Combat with Rifle and Bayonet, Knife Combat and Defence, Fighting Techniques with the infmous Sovet shovel or Entrenching Tool as well as throwing techniques for the same.
Weapons disarming and techniques of prisoner searching and handling. Unarmed Combat Blows, Kicks, Punches, Locks and Throws and Sentry Takeouts along with solo drills for practicing.
