The ingredients are all pretty common and easily found at your local farmer's market and the stores I shop including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, and my local grocery store. I always like to cook with organic ingredients and I always check labels on prepared food to make sure they do not contain any nitrates, sugar, or other undesirable ingredients.< Less
