The citations and index at the end of the book are noteworthy. They make the book feel very professional. Good use of specific and concrete words in your writing. Also good use of simple nouns and verbs. Often times the more simplistic the writing, the better. Most of the chapters were full of anecdotes, illustrations and photos used to embellish the point.
