On the first Saturday of each month, a Ceremony was held in the City Centre, where all of the newborn infants were introduced to the community and presented with a unique gift. These young children didn’t receive a neatly wrapped parcel containing booties, bonnets or blankets because the Giftwheel had been especially programmed to give an incredible talent to each new baby in the district. During this Service the audience watched as every child received an extraordinary supernatural gift or a large increase in one of its naturally inherited skills. The children who were given extra ability often became record breaking athletes, musical geniuses or brilliant scientists, while those who received supernatural gifts were capable of feats such as flying, walking on water or predicting the future.< Less
