It is absolutely frustrating to read the newspapers, tune in to the news and have to face every day the amounts of childhood sexual abuse cases flooding the media. It never stops and it appears to be... More > even more extensive and uncontrollable.
There are the ones who do not touch the subject even with a ten feet pole because if you haven’t lived through it, if you’re not a survivor, then it seems easier to close your eyes and mind and walk away.
This is not going to be solved with closed mindedness, or with an attitude that says this is not my business. It could be your child, your grandchild, your daughter, your son. Childhood sexual abuse has no set victims.
