Letting go of cheese, meat, over processed foods and other types of dairy are what going vegan is all about. What do I mean by processed? Well, think of it this way. If you can't understand the words on the label, then it was probably highly processed in a big factory. In that case, it may not have much life in it after that. As you start your conversion to a more healthy and balanced diet regime, keep in mind that tastes for foods are learned and generally acquired during childhood. Since you have to begin somewhere, You may want to begin slowly. Start by replacing high-fat dairy products with fat-free versions, and eating meat less often. However, making a complete break from animal foods is so rewarding that it’s usually easier for most people.
