He's telepathic, after all, even though it's through no fault of his own. And because of that, he has to learn how to fuction in the gray area of life, around questionable role models, and all the while, his own limits of comfort are broken and unheeded.

"L-O-L-O-L-O-L-O-V-E" Though fictional with the telepathy and other things you will find out once you read it, this first-time author captures the essence of her characters' unique personalities. Shannon Szymanski uses an amazing span of vocabulary to fit the different situations. The story begins with seventeen year old Jackson Doczylkowski as your average teenage male, though he has a touch of femininity. He is continually angsty and somewhat paranoid. Miss Szymanski does a phenomenal job conveying his feelings and actions related to his paranoia/angst. (By the way, HE IS NOT EMO) His best friend is Heath King, the older and more rambunctious of the group. Jack has a crush on Heath's sister, Elaine King, master of tennis and wisdomosity. Tracey Black is also a character in the story, her part as Heath's ninja-guitarplaying-crazy girlfriend. The storyline is wonderfully organized and at times keeps you in suspense. Buy it. Don't borrow.
