With decades of research included in this slim book, the author shows that this special form of ecological breastfeeding can space babies nine to twenty months apart for the great majority of women who do nurse in this manner. This style of nursing is more than the common "exclusive" breastfeeding, and the book defines this for the reader. Many mothers' comments enrich the book and give it an endearing quality that you will want to share with friends, health care workers and others.
