I wrote this book as a healing process for myself
and to share what I have learned from my own personal experiences living with anxiety.I also wanted to inspire others and give them hope in following their own dreams without living with alot of fear and isolation, cutting themselves off from the rest of the world.I live with social, agoraphobia, and chronic anxiety disorder. This book is written from my heart and soul from my own personal experiences, and to be a positive voice for every person who has struggled with a mental, or physical illness. This book is dedicated to you.

"Fight for your life" Shelly can get though her life with the pain of the past. We all have life, we all have pain. "Pain Is Inevitable. Suffering is Optional." It's very true; don't take it from me, Shelly knows ;)
"Disorder" Shelly Wiseberg can touch your soul. I opened this book thinking I would have a casual look at what happened to Shelly and listen to her whimper. What I got was more like a long Establishing Shot in an Alfred Hitchcock movie, the foreground draws in and the background rushes away and you feel her struggle and the brutality she lived thru. Most of all you feel her triumph, these poems are about ascendancy.
