"Sherrie's Works and Words" I have been blessed to have the opportunity to read Sherrie's meditations now for over a year, and consistently find nourishment there for me on my own sober journey. I highly recommend this book, for those in recovery as well as anyone who wants to begin their days with some warmth, wit and wisdom.

"Love" Sherrie, in any particular second, can bring peace to your heart. Her meditations are full of love, honesty, humility, and humor. It is rare to find someone that actually lives what they write, and writes in a way that evokes peace, if for a second or a day, totally worth the read.

"Sherrie's Book" One of Sherrie's meditations found it's way into my email one day. It was from a list I no longer belonged to and hadn't heard from in over a year. I don't even know why I opened it. I read what I thought was a poem that effected me so strongly, it stayed with me for 2 days until I could no longer hold back the urge to write to her and ask if I could read more of anything she wouldn't mind sending me. She kindly wrote me back and sent me her daily meditations. I'm not a new age meditation type of guy. Most books I have skimmed through reminded me of some type of 12 step Hallmark card; not my thing. Sherrie's pages however, are intelligent, intense, revealing, kind hearted, wonderous and sometimes very uncomfortable and down right disturbing; but always real. Living in reality takes courage. Sherrie has that and I am grateful for her openess and honesty. I'm looking forward to her next book. Hint hint Sherrie. Moe Browning Brooklyn NY

"One day at a time for the 21st century" Any and all on the road of recovery will be enlightened by this luminous work. This book of daily meditations is a colorful tapestry of the human condition in quest for wholeness. The author weaves metaphor and allegory to depict the journey in sometimes joyous, sometimes troubling ways, giving uncanny voice to our most seemingly private of struggles. Insightful, humorous, always compelling – these readings will make your head and heart connect… and the daily suggestions are wonderfully quirky, too. Join Sherrie T. as she wrestles with angels and entertains them with grace.

"If you haven’t already, get a copy of this book... NOW!" Excellent book for people with either short or long term sobriety. I recommend this book to anyone who desires to be knowledgeable and gain understanding about the process of recovery they or someone close to them are / is engaged in. “Sober on the way to.......Sane” has provided me with great insight on how to take control of my life. I always carry a copy with me, open it randomly, and aply what I read to my own experiences. “Sober on the way to.......Sane” has helped me to figure out a lot of things as a woman and as a writer.
