Because of you Shiree I have fallen in love with the AM/BW storylines. Sadie's and Subu's story was so heartfelt. They had to fight through age, race and cultural differences just to be together, not to mention the family and friends that tried to interfer in the love they had for each other. In the end I am so happy love won out. I love the twists at the end and so happy they got their HEA. Awesome Ms McCarver.

By Julia Landry Well, Ms. McCarver has done it again! She has created characters you won't forget in Subaru and Sadie. Their story made you want to laugh, cry, get mad as hell, hit a couple of people (just kidding) and hope the story wouldn't end! I'm glad she continues to add to the interracial romance genre featuring Black women and Asian men and introducing her readers to a different music scene. This story has it all!

This book is about an AM/BF that is well worth the read. As in Ms. McCarver's other books, it will make you laugh, shed "a couple of" tears, think about a couple of "social" issues, want to kick someone's butt and of course there are the sexy love scenes. This author has proven time and time again, with her previous books, her words can give you great reading pleasure. Visual-Kei Rock is another book that proves this author does not just "throw words on pages," she writes from the heart. Buy this one.....well worth it.
