In this book, I am going to be considering all the important aspects of your sexual energy sphere. The sexual energy sphere generates the love of life and the joy and need for procreation. Sexual energy is a concrete energy, it is not in the mind. If the energy is positive, there is a lack of awareness of sex; awareness arises if the energy is negative. Sexual fulfilment though is not just or even mainly about having babies. It is about creating all the sexual and other energies that you need to have a healthy happy life. All adults have a sexual aspect to their consciousness and for perfect happiness we all need to be satisfied with this aspect of our lives.
