In our churches, most of us have several people we know who have the potential to grow God’s Kingdom beyond what we could ask or imagine. What would happen if we invested them, equipped them, challenged them and nurtured them into new leaders of small groups, ministries, and/or initiatives? All of these things can be accomplished through the power of a small group.
Apprenticing as a small group leader can be a powerful experience for both the leader and the apprentice. This guide was designed with that in mind and it provides a strategy to develop small group leaders.
This guide can be used 1:1 as you apprentice another, or it can be used as a six week curriculum in a Turbo Group setting to develop a group of people at the same time.
Includes six chapters, complete with questions to work through the material and an example of Community's Leadership Expectations and Ministry Role Descriptions. 86 pages.
