Reading this book was like listening to the 'random thoughts' going thru my own head. So many similarities and worries. It's nice to know I'm not alone in my journey thru life. This was a nice book.

This was a very though-provoking book. I am not yet "on the verge of forty", but I can see myself headed there, in the busyness she talked about. It was helpful to read about this one person's journey through it all, and how she's still growing. It felt like she was someone I could relate to, and that there is hope in all this, through God.

I found this book to be very humorous while dealing with a difficult subject we can all relate to. How do you deal with all the "stuff" of life, working on relationships with family and friends and still have God in the mix? I think the author has found, in her search, a good balance of both, and her journey will help all women who are going thru the same battles. A good book for women's groups or church groups to open up some much needed dialogue. A great read. I am looking forward to her next book.
