Catalog for 2011 Canadian exhibitions of Slovakian artist Stanislav Grezdo.
Strongly rooted in this geometric design disposition of square on square, cross and inverted cross, triangle, rectangle and circle are the late works of Stanislav Grezdo. However, his work is unique in that he often combines these elements with a geometry to be found in present day industrial products such as perforated metal sheet. As well, he often integrates recognizable symbols such as words or numbers into his compositions.
